Media training tip: practice makes perfect

This is one piece of advice we always give our media training delegates – you have to practise (or rehearse).

You cannot expect to do an important interview off-the-cuff with no thought, no preparation and no practice.

Make sure you think about it in advance, know what you want to say, and you PRACTICE.
